Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days from the time we receive your order. For jewellery please allow up to 10 business days as each piece is made by hand in our studio. Please note that all orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will only be reissued if and when they are received back to our studio and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number where you will be able to track the journey of your order.

After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, Blooming Dreamer cannot be held responsible for the package thereafter.

Blooming Dreamer is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged we advise you to contact the shipping company with which it has been sent.

SHIPPING TIMES

UK shipping - Delivery within 1-3 business days

Europe shipping - Delivery within 3-7 business days

Rest of the world - Delivery within 5-7 business days


DUTIES & TAX

All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Blooming Dreamer is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms.

There are border requirements placed on the movement of goods between the UK and EU. Therefore, customers will be charged VAT taxes at customs. Blooming Dreamer does not cover these import taxes and duties.

For international orders, you may be charged customs and duties depending on the country the order is being shipped to. Blooming Dreamer is not liable for these costs or able to advise how much these will be prior to your order. If you need to return your item these custom and duties charges will not be refundable.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Failure to collect parcels or to re-arrange a delivery remains the customers responsibility. If a parcel is returned back to our studio due to failure to collect we shall refund the customer minus the original shipping costs.


RETURNS

We want you to be happy with you purchase from Blooming Dreamer. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed in a resalable condition with original tags attached and include their original packaging.

Until we receive the item in our studio it remains the customers responsibility

Once we have received your return, and it meets our approval the return will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment.

Blooming Dreamer reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the return policy requirements.

All sale items or flash sale pieces are final. Orders placed with any sale offer or discount are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
