SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days from the time we receive your order. For jewellery please allow up to 10 business days as each piece is made by hand in our studio. Please note that all orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.  

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will only be reissued if and when they are received back to our studio and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number where you will be able to track the journey of your order. 

After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, Blooming Dreamer cannot be held responsible for the package thereafter. 

Blooming Dreamer is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged we advise you to contact the shipping company with which it has been sent. 

Duties & Taxes

For shipments to countries outside of the UK additional custom taxes and fees maybe applicable. The responsibility of these charges depend solely with the customer and must be settled with customs.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Returns

You are able to return your item within 10 days from first purchase. If 10 days have passed we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Blooming Dreamer packaging.

If you are returning your item from outside the UK please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
